What data Charri uses, why it is used and what you can do.

Operator and contact
Operator: the independent individual developer of Charri. Legal name and address will be added before paid services launch. Contact: Discord @courtesy_00.
Data processed
Charri stores account data, your selected age band, profile settings, worlds, characters, sessions, messages, reports, mana activity and security logs. Your date of birth is not requested.
Purposes
- Authentication, saved progress and game-data synchronisation.
- AI text, image and speech generation you request.
- Abuse prevention, report handling and service security.
- Cost measurement and reliability improvements without selling personal data.
Infrastructure and recipients
The frontend is hosted on Vercel and the server on DigitalOcean. Data may be stored in PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas, Neo4j Aura and encrypted Cloudflare R2 backups. Depending on the selected model, necessary prompt context is sent to providers such as xAI, Google, DeepSeek or OpenRouter. Sentry may process error diagnostics. Umami is used for anonymous traffic, performance and aggregated gameplay interaction analytics (for example, post submission and active time without post text), without cookies, cross-site tracking, user email addresses or names; URL search parameters and fragments are not sent.
Retention and rights
Data is kept while your account exists or while needed for security and legal duties. Encrypted backups use limited rotation. You can edit your profile or delete the account in settings. For access, correction, deletion, restriction or export, contact @courtesy_00 or submit a Privacy report.
